I underwent a course of psychotherapy with Dauren Khizatovich. At the first consultation I was initially doubtful and worried, because it was my first visit to a consultation appointment, and I was offered to continue attending psychotherapy sessions, although the doctor did not give any guarantees, promises or "golden mountains". I made up my mind. The psychotherapy lasted a little over a month, with a frequency of 2-3 hours 2 times a week.

I want to note the high level of Dauren Khizatovich's work. The psychotherapy really helped me not to burn out and to find many problems in life, which later helped me in life, especially in my personal life and work. Now I feel much better.

At first I had two consultations, and then I completed a course of intensive psychotherapy with Dauren Khizatovich — about 25 sessions.

The result turned out even better than I expected! I was able to work through many things, open up my feelings and became more attentive to them. Stress and everything we hold inside uselessly takes a lot of energy from us. If you want, like me, to develop, work on yourself and effectively find solutions for your inner issues, then I recommend Dauren Khizatovich.

The appointment was with a competent doctor, everything was explained and told to me clearly. I was recommended psychotherapy sessions, and before I did not know what that was. It turns out that the first visit to the doctor is an initial consultation, and sessions are something completely different.

I am satisfied. The doctor explained everything clearly. I would gladly attend all his sessions: the prices for sessions are acceptable, and the frequency of visits several times a week, I think, is optimal. Thank you to Doctor Doshchanov for an excellent consultation!

I want to say a huge thank you to him for his work. He helped me get out of a depressive and apathetic state, cope with severe anxiety and reconsider many false beliefs that prevented me from fulfilling myself and living life to the full. It is important to understand that in psychotherapy the result does not come instantly, as if by magic — it takes time, it is a long process. Some time after the sessions I noticed that I react to stress differently, my behaviour changed and I began to look at the world differently. Thank you, Dauren Khizatovich, he is a true specialist in his field!

It seemed to me that the price of the appointment was too high. I also did not like that he said that a neurologist should help with my tremors, and that he himself did not see anything serious here. And when during the session I held a cushion because of anxiety, he asked me to put it aside, and at that moment it caused pain.
