I was not warned that there would be a Helicobacter test, and after the procedure I was presented with the fact of paying 4,000 tenge on top of the appointment. In the end it came to 19,000 tenge. I consider this wrong, not all patients can have extra money. This outraged me, besides, the prices in this clinic are made up as they please, like at a bazaar: more for one, less for another. As for the conclusion, I thought for a very long time about how and what to write, I lack the knowledge, this is my opinion. I will not go to see him for an appointment a second time.

I arrived at Emirmed by the time I had booked through the website, but at reception I was told that I needed to wait another 1.5 hours, because 2 other people were booked for the same time. I had to sort it out with the deputy chief doctor, who did not want to take responsibility and said that the partner website's manager was to blame. In the end, the doctor who saw me was not the one in the photo.

The visit caused extreme distress and disappointment with the services of Emirmed and this website. The service at reception is very poor. The deputy chief doctor did not want to take responsibility and shifted the blame onto the partner website's manager. Before going to Emirmed with a booking from the website, it is worth contacting the website's manager, because it is not certain that you will be seen, and it is not certain that there will be the doctor from the photo. The doctor did not take a photo or video of the OGD and did not give them to me.

I booked an appointment with the doctor in advance, but out of ignorance I joined the walk-in queue and waited for more than an hour. When I went in, the doctor explained to me that I should have simply gone in at my scheduled time.
