On the doq.kz website it was stated that confirming the appointment at the clinic was not necessary. I arrived at the appointed time — 11.00, but at reception I was told that the appointment should have been arranged in advance. As a result, I waited almost an hour, because the appointment was only for 12.00. The appointment with the endoscopist went quite quickly and relatively painlessly, as far as that is generally possible. Then the doctor showed me photographs of my stomach and described everything he saw in them. He also sent these photos to me on WhatsApp.

I had an OGD performed by Yermek Serikovich Duisebayev. He is an experienced specialist, he explained everything to me, told me in advance how to behave during the procedure and how to breathe correctly. My throat was sprayed with Lidocaine. Everything took a little time and went without complications. He determined the diagnosis, sent me all the images from the procedure on WhatsApp and gave me a referral to a gastroenterologist. I immediately went for an appointment with Aziza Sultanovna Kurakbayeva. She prescribed treatment for me.

The photos of the procedure were sent to WhatsApp, I was referred to a gastroenterologist, and there treatment was prescribed straight away. I recommend.
