I booked through the doq.kz website, but I still had to call the reception desk and confirm the appointment — this caused confusion, and I waited half an hour. I have been having an FGDS twice a year for 25 years now, so I consider myself an experienced patient, I notice all the details and immediately understand whether the doctor is a professional or not.

Yermek Serikovich is a really good endoscopist. The tube seemed to me not to be the thinnest, but, to my surprise, I tolerated the procedure very easily — what matters here is how the doctor handles the tube. He pumps out excess bile, and that is important: after the procedure you feel a noticeable lightness. After the procedure they give you a report and photographs of everything the doctor saw. I recommend Yermek Serikovich as a good endoscopist! Health to everyone!

Once at Diagnostic they did not pump out the bile for me, and because of this they missed a group of erosions.
