I was having the procedure for the first time and was very nervous about it, of which the doctor was warned right away. I was sent to the procedure room, where I had to wait a long time while behind the wall the doctor discussed other patients' problems. All that time I lay there and worried while waiting, which did not help me relax. The procedure itself was quite painful.

The attitude of the nurse, I think her name is Tatyana, was much better.

I have questions about the doctor's attitude: more involvement could have been shown, that was lacking. I also did not like that I was sent to the procedure room and made to wait there for a considerable time while behind the wall the doctor discussed other patients' problems with them. Because of this I had to lie there and worry, which did not help me relax. In the end the procedure was quite painful. If I need to have an FGDS again, I will definitely not go here.
