I have some complaints about the clinic: there are a lot of people and queues, perhaps it was just that day or the season, but one treatment room was not enough for three patients at once, and people were crowding from the very start of the appointment until the end, until the procedures were finished. Maybe the slots and time frames should be regulated? And the girl at reception, apparently new, worked very slowly and kept asking her colleagues questions while she was making the referral for the X-ray and the payment at the cash desk. This took about 15-20 minutes, and everyone who was in the queue before me had already managed to get their printed X-rays. We are all human, of course, but when it comes to organisation there is room for improvement.
