I came for an appointment, paid for the consultation, and had tests done on site. When the results were ready, the doctor's prescription was not given to me — a reception employee took it and there informed me about the next payment. I asked for the prescription to be issued, but was refused, citing that money was needed first. In the end, we left that prescription with the clinic.

The urologist conducted an excellent consultation, even checked my blood sugar. The doctor's professionalism is beyond doubt — such a specialist is worth visiting even this clinic for.

The clinic itself and the attitude towards clients seemed very strange to me, I have never encountered anything like this before, even though I have lived in different countries. They call themselves an international clinic, but I checked the name in some countries — I couldn't find it. They didn't even give us the doctor's prescription, complete absurdity. The scheme is like this: you come, pay for the appointment, then pay on site for the tests — that's normal. But when the tests are ready, a reception employee takes the prescription and announces the next payment of 50,000 to 100,000 tenge, or even more. You ask them to give you the prescription — they won't, explaining it by saying "money upfront", "money in the morning — chairs in the evening". Here you are not a patient, but Buratino. I would like to wish new clients to respect their money.

I came to an appointment with a urologist with two specific complaints, and one of them is definitely related to urology. The doctor referred me for tests and an ultrasound, but nothing special was found there, and the doctor, relying only on these papers, said that perhaps I should see another specialist. For my second problem, which I mentioned regarding urology, nothing was prescribed at all. I was not given a conclusion from the doctor.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment. The visit to the urologist turned out to be useless: since the tests were clean, the doctor should have dug deeper, using his experience and length of service, rather than brushing it off. I also did not like the way they work with clients there: the operators or receptionists write every day while you are a new client and potential money, but for repeat appointments there are no notifications from them at all. It seems the establishment is aimed only at earning money, they do not care what is going on with you. I heard that a client was called, supposedly he had forgotten to pay for one test, and they asked him to transfer money; I received the same kind of call. I asked them to issue an invoice, but they supposedly do not have such an option, and they asked me to send the money to a personal number. I paid for the services, but they were not performed fully and to the end. I am thinking of starting the process to get a refund, while I am deciding whether it is worth doing. I know my rights.
