I had occasion to consult this doctor, the chief specialist in neurosurgery of the city of Almaty, for a verbal consultation, which I received for a fee. This consultation is officially required at other medical institutions.
Disliked
It is unclear to me why the doctor does not give a conclusion. Patients go to him for help, and not someone who is simply strolling around will look for him.
