I booked an appointment through this website for 12:00, but I only got to see the doctor closer to 13:00, because there was a live queue.

Because of the live queue, booking through the website turned out to be useless. At the reception the girls did not know the prices for the services: because of the power cut I had to pay separately for the selection of glasses, and they named 4.000tg from memory, possibly overstating it. Then they called me and said that I had not paid 3.500tg, and after I sent the receipts they simply ignored me.

I booked my appointment for 10:00, arrived at 9:30, but was told that there is a walk-in queue here, and in the end I only got to see the doctor at 11:00 — I waited a whole hour.
