I booked an appointment in advance, and twice I received a notification that the doctor was expecting me at that time. I came with acute pain, but never got to the appointment.
Disliked
The clinic is awful: they told me the doctor was on holiday and did not even apologise. I cannot say anything about the doctor himself, because I was unable to get an appointment with him. The clinic is onclinic.

I chose this doctor based on reviews. At the appointment they prescribed treatment, tests, an MRI for me, and then there was a little follow-up via WhatsApp, since my parents do not live in Almaty.
