The appointment was by prior arrangement with the doctor, because the child is 2.5 years old. I had sent all the tests in advance. The doctor examined the child only visually, without a full examination, although we came precisely so that the doctor would examine the child and rule out pathology of the urinary system development. After looking at the tests, the doctor said that she saw no pathology, everything was fine, and that the treatment prescribed by the paediatrician should be continued. She asked us to repeat the tests after treatment. We paid 9,500 tenge for the appointment. We repeated the tests as we had been asked, sent them, and the doctor again invites us for an appointment to prescribe further treatment, and again 9,500 tenge for the appointment.

I did not like the doctor's actions in our case. It is unclear what the doctor actually did at the initial appointment. Why are prescriptions made for a fee? It turns out you have to "fork out" for every step. Is this the policy of this clinic or of the individual doctor? We never received any help.
