The appointment was with a cardiologist, and I had previously gone to another clinic — so I have something to compare with.

The doctor is excellent, a very good specialist. Fewer prescriptions and procedures were written than at another clinic, and I liked that. The reception desk also works well, well done.

It was very difficult to book an appointment with this doctor through the Dok.kz website, so I called the clinic itself to make an appointment, since there is no connection between the website and the clinic. At the appointment the doctor did not inspire my trust. When I drew attention to the arrhythmia, she confirmed it. I regretted going to this clinic.

When I saw the online booking, I thought: "Well done."
Disliked
There is no connection between the reception desk and the doctor either: I was not in the records, and the doctor did not know that a person was booked with her — so much for online registration. Accordingly, the doctor was also not aware of the price I was quoted when I called the clinic. In fact, it is better to call the clinic to make sure you are booked.
