The appointment started badly from the very moment I arrived at the clinic. I waited for the doctor for 40 minutes, even though this is a paid service. I was given a discount on the website, but they accepted it reluctantly. With the discount the appointment cost 3500 tg, but on site something was checked, and the price suddenly rose to 7000 tg. I also took many tests, which, as it turned out later, were unnecessary — I got checked after them at other clinics. The doctor made an incorrect diagnosis and gave an incorrect prescription.

I did not like having to wait 40 minutes for the doctor, even though this is a paid service — even at a polyclinic with an appointment slip they see you on time, but here the doctor did not see me on time. I did not like that they offer a discount on the website but are reluctant to honour it: if you don't like it, don't do it. The discounted price was 3,500 tenge, but on site after some kind of check it suddenly became 7,000 tenge. I also had a lot of tests done that turned out to be essentially unnecessary — I got checked at other clinics afterwards. The doctor is completely incompetent: it was as if she charged for every word, she made the wrong diagnosis and gave the wrong treatment plan. I do not recommend this clinic or this doctor.

I came for an examination to show and tell about the spots on my legs, which had also started appearing on my elbows and above the knee, and I also wanted to ask about the skin on my ear and head, but the conversation never got that far. Before this I had consulted with the doctor about the tests: I said that I had little money and could only take a certain amount, so that the doctor would roughly understand how to solve my problem.

They did not look at all the places I told them about and complained about. It was uncomfortable, as if my mouth was being shut; I started sitting quietly and not asking the questions that interested me. I was left with the impression that the doctor considers herself the smartest in the world and that one only has to open one's mouth and say "Ah" and she already knows what you want to say. About the tests: I said that I had little money and could only take a certain amount, but I was given a receipt that I am unable to pay. I left with a bad impression.
