I came for an appointment with the doctor, and I was given a referral for tests. I asked to prescribe treatment online when the results were ready, because I live outside the city and could not wait long.
Disliked
The service is terrible. The doctor told me nothing — I could have simply googled it and got a diagnosis for free. To my request to prescribe treatment online when the tests were ready, she replied that it would be paid for separately. It is unclear what I paid for then when I came for the appointment — only for the referral for tests? Time and money wasted.

The appointment took place at the Emirmed centre, where this doctor works. I had to wait more than 60 minutes. The doctor suggested laser removal, I paid for laser removal, but in fact electrocoagulation was performed. I learned about the difference later, after studying the information on the internet. I paid 15 thousand for anaesthesia with lidocaine and 22 thousand for the removal of two warts on my finger by electrocoagulation, and not by laser.

I believe this is a conspiracy for profit and deception of people. I ask Doq.kz to help sort this out and say how much such procedures cost on average in Almaty.
