We came to the clinic for an appointment, but we were told: "Sorry, your appointment has been cancelled because this doctor does not see children of your age", even though we had stated the age.
Disliked
Everything is very bad. Incorrect information about the doctors' schedules and their descriptions was entered into the doq database. In addition, the doctors' appointment schedules and prices are listed incorrectly on the service.

The doctor referred me for an X-ray and tests. I went for the X-ray, returned to the clinic and wanted to see the doctor, but it seemed to me that she had already left. As it turned out, she had been there the whole time, she just did not open the door. I only managed to get in to see the doctor after I called the client care service. Overall, the appointment did take place after all.

There was an inconvenience with the organisation of the appointment after the examination: without calling the client care service, I could not get in to see the doctor, even though she was there and simply did not open the door.

I had an appointment with the doctor, I came with a specific concern — I was worried about a lump on a lymph node. The appointment cost 3500 tenge.
Disliked
A good review was written here on my behalf, but it is not true, and I had to change it. I did not like the appointment at all. There was no proper consultation. I asked what I should do and how to proceed — the doctor did not answer at all, did not prescribe any treatment, and did not even say that I did not need treatment. When I asked what could have caused the lump on the lymph node, the doctor, instead of answering, asked me: "And what do you yourself think caused it?" For that kind of money, the appointment is not worth it.
