I came for an appointment because I wanted to relax my face, especially my forehead and chewing muscles. During the day I felt extra tension in my jaw joints, and in my sleep I even ground my teeth. I was interested to learn that to release tension from the face, you needed to relax the neck, arms and feet.

I was tormented by constant pain in my right shoulder and upper back, and I came for a session.

During the session I felt almost all the muscles of my back, my back seemed to come alive and wake up:) The pain and tension became less. Thank you for the very attentive and professional approach. It's great that the procedures can be supplemented with special exercises. My sleep has become very good, deep and comfortable:)) I'd like to give myself such a reboot more often:)))
