The appointment went in such a way that words had to be literally dragged out of the doctor.
Disliked
My questions were answered reluctantly and snapping back, she herself didn't comment or explain anything. There was no friendliness. She behaves as if she is being forced to work. She works strictly from nine to six. I don't recommend her!

This is a competent specialist, our whole family is immensely grateful. The diagnosis is always 100 per cent correct, and for that it's worth both booking in advance, and waiting in the queue, and putting up with the fact that she can be strict.

I went to this doctor twice during my pregnancy and had ultrasounds done by her. She showed and explained everything on the ultrasound. The urologist also said that she personally came to surgeries and checked her conclusions, and everything was always accurate. Several doctors recommended her to me.

I am very pleased with the doctor. The appointment was comfortable, I saw no rudeness. I am surprised by the reviews. Now I will only go to her for ultrasounds and I recommend her to all my acquaintances. You need to book in advance because there is a big queue — and that means the doctor is a professional: if she were inexperienced, there would be no one wanting an appointment.

The appointment started 15 minutes late. We came with a 2-year-old child for an abdominal ultrasound.
Disliked
The doctor is rude, she doesn't know how to talk to a patient. The ultrasound took a long time, the child was crying because my husband and I had to hold his arms and legs for a long time. I regret that I only started reading reviews about this doctor after the appointment — we very much regret that we ended up with her. I advise going to a doctor only based on reviews.

I came for an appointment with a small child, the doctor examined him.
Disliked
The doctor was rude and boorish, she didn't really explain anything. When I asked again, she said she wasn't going to repeat it ten times. We were charged 12,500 tenge for the appointment. After going to her, the child was upset and even cried. I won't set foot there again!

I came with my baby for an ultrasound.

The ultrasound lasted only 1-2 minutes, everything was done very quickly, and nothing was explained to me. Besides, for a child under 1 year old, 8,000 tenge is too expensive; I wouldn't have minded if everything had been shown and explained. Patients are treated impolitely!!!
