The appointment went generally fine, but the report was not sent to me on time — I waited more than a week. I had to write, and in response I was told that perhaps I had not attended, and they could not find me in the database. In the end they found me and sent it.

I came to the appointment, the wait lasted about 20 minutes, but that was no obstacle. Doctor Yermekbay Yerzat Bolatovich calmly explained everything to me and gave me my paper on time.
