The appointment never took place: the entrance area was locked, although both staff and visitors were inside. To get to the MRI, you have to go down to the basement by the stairs.

The entrance area is locked, although there are both staff and visitors inside; the staff wave their hands and point to some mythical passages. You can't drive up to or approach the entrance area. Going down to the basement by the stairs is impossible for a person on crutches. Terrible medical centre, I will complain.

I booked an MRI of the foot through doq.kz. I called the medical centre to confirm the appointment time.
Disliked
At the medical centre they told me they had no record of my appointment. So it turns out they don't work with doq.kz and don't see bookings from this app. If they don't see them, why be there at all?
