Dina Bektursynovna is a very good haematologist, an experienced and qualified doctor, she helps to understand the cause of the illness in depth and considers every symptom broadly. Such a good doctor — a professional in her field — is rarely found.

I came to see the doctor because of dizziness. I asked whether it was related to my homocysteine of 22 and folic acid of 4.4. The doctor replied that it does have an effect, and prescribed vitamin B12 500 mg and folic acid 3 mg as a 10-day course. I had 10 injections and took the folic acid, but my homocysteine did not go down. To lower it, vitamin B6 (the P-5-P form) is also needed for homocysteine utilisation, but the doctor did not prescribe it. I started messaging her on WhatsApp, she replied, and then blocked me; I could not get in touch through the assistant. Before that, a patient with whom she had had a conflict had come to see her, and by then I no longer needed to go to her. She sees patients at Avicenna, but has no connection to the clinic.
Disliked
The doctor cannot offer support, I do not recommend her at all! In fact, high homocysteine does not affect dizziness! Good thing I got my money back for the appointment.
