  Patient story

  My appointment was rescheduled several times due to urgent circumstances, and I sorted this out via WhatsApp — they replied quickly and kindly. At the appointment the doctor was very pleasant and explained everything during the ultrasound. Because of my lateness and the next appointment with the specialist, the procedure was carried out as quickly as possible, but with quality.

  I liked the friendliness and the quick replies on WhatsApp when rescheduling the appointment, the very pleasant doctor who explained everything during the ultrasound, and also that the procedure was done quickly and with quality, despite my lateness and the next appointment with the specialist. If I need an ultrasound, I will most likely return to this clinic, although getting there is not close and is inconvenient.

  The appointment went well. I had two ultrasound scans: I really liked the first examination, and I immediately decided to have the second one. The doctor saw me on time, I didn't have to wait.

  The doctor saw me at the appointed time, there was no delay. During the appointment, the conversation and communication were very good, I really liked it. Overall, I would give the appointment 7 points.
