I came for an appointment with Yelena Yuryevna. She listened to me attentively, was friendly, and I felt very comfortable during the appointment. The doctor calmed me down, dispelled all my fears and explained everything clearly. I was scheduled for a cervical LLETZ procedure. Before the procedure, the doctor sent me to have all the tests done, then reviewed them and prescribed treatment to prepare for the procedure. Two months later I had the LLETZ done, and the procedure was quick and painless.
