The appointment was not even over yet, and the doctor had already started packing his things and hurried to leave while I was still in the office.
Disliked
The reviews about him are fake, and he himself did nothing extraordinary. It is impossible to get through to him, he never answers texts. He behaves as if he is a god.

In December 2021 I had a fine-needle aspiration biopsy of a nodule done by Ilya Vladimirovich, the result was Bethesda class 3. Ilya Vladimirovich advised repeating the biopsy after 2 weeks. The second time everything was the same. After that I was given a referral for surgery. When I was preparing for the surgery and having tests done, both the endocrinologist at the polyclinic and the surgeon I was going to have the operation with said that there was no urgency and the biopsy could be repeated after three months, but since I had already made up my mind, then fine, let's do it. After the surgery the histology showed that it was a malignant formation.

I am immensely grateful to Ilya Vladimirovich for his professionalism and his attitude. If it had not been for him and his insistence on surgical intervention, time would have been lost. Thank you to Ilya Vladimirovich from the bottom of my heart!

Our whole family is treated by this doctor. My husband had sclerotherapy — alcohol was injected into the nodule, because no one else in the city does this. It helped on the first try, the nodule became very small. My mother has a giant pituitary adenoma, we treat it with dostinex. The doctor prescribes medicines from iHerb — at first this confused me, but, to be honest, in the USA they at least somehow monitor the quality of medicines, unlike ours and Russian ones, although not all of them, of course, but we have a lot of counterfeit medicines, and the price is almost the same. Now we had to go to another doctor, because it is impossible to get an appointment with this one.

He constantly improves his qualifications abroad. Definitely a professional. The fact that it helped on the first try, and that he understands treatment — that is valuable.
Disliked
He can be abrupt and does not spend much time on a patient. But I try to put myself in his position: there are many people, he gets tired from such a number of people, so he does not stand on ceremony. This is not a minus for him, it is just how it is. And I also regret that because it was impossible to get an appointment with him, I had to go to another doctor.

When the SovMin Hospital did not help me and after treatment referred me only for radioiodine therapy, I made an appointment with the endocrinologist Fast I.V. The appointment was three months ahead, and I had to wait. I had heard enthusiastic reviews about him and really wanted to get in to see him.
Disliked
I was disappointed: Fast also referred me for radioiodine therapy. When I suggested that it might be possible to treat with peptides, he was sceptical about peptides. And I was very afraid of having radioiodine therapy. Perhaps this endocrinologist helped someone, but he did not help me.
