I booked an appointment with Olga Anatolyevna, but she was not there. Another doctor saw me. I paid, and only afterwards found out that a different specialist was seeing patients. The appointment was with a surgeon, I needed scans and an ultrasound report, and I found myself in a hopeless situation.
