It is very difficult to book and get in to see her, people start queuing in person from six in the morning.

It turned out to be impossible to book an appointment: first I waited several days for a reply from the administrator, and then I was told that appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis from 9 to 13.00.
Disliked
This is disrespectful to patients and their time. You have to sit in a queue for half a day so that, maybe, they will see me for my own money.

I came to the appointment with my test results already ready. The doctor studied them, examined me, made a diagnosis and prescribed treatment. After I started treatment, my well-being noticeably improved.

Since the age of 13 I had not been able to find a good endocrinologist. When I was standing in the queue to see Svetlana, she called me into her office and said that for now I was not her patient and that I needed to see a gynaecologist, and told me to have tests for 3 hormones.

It turned out that 3 hormones were abnormal and the problem was on the gynaecological side. Simply a miracle doctor! Now I am being treated by a gynaecologist whom Svetlana herself recommended. Everything is fine.
