I ended up with this doctor after I had been through seven specialists — pulmonologists, allergists, physicians, cardiologists, dermatologists. I found out about him from strangers who said that the doctor was great and I should go to him, since they just could not make a diagnosis. He looked at the CT scan, the X-ray, the tests and made his diagnosis. The treatment did not help, in the end I was admitted to the pulmonology department, there I underwent treatment, but the cough and breathlessness remained. I came again, and he said: "And why did you come to me? Go to other doctors!" Then he was my last hope, he said to have a CT scan again and come without an appointment, he would take a look. I came with the CT scan, stood there for about three hours, waited, went in to show it — he glanced at it in passing and prescribed nothing at all. I left upset. They diagnosed COPD, asthma, in the end it was not confirmed, they diagnosed community-acquired pneumonia. I came to Firsov with enormous hope that he would help, but the result — I am still ill, they send me from doctor to doctor, and Firsov only reprimanded me. I feel awful, I breathe artificial oxygen. Everyone praised him, said that if he did not help, no one could, but in the end he did not even prescribe anything.

He spoke very sharply and rudely, as if he were reprimanding me. When I came, he said: "And why have you come to me?!" After treatment in pulmonology, when I came again, he said again: "And why have you come to me? Go to other doctors!" You come for treatment, and you get a telling-off. He glanced at the CT scan and prescribed nothing; I left upset. In the end he didn't help me, I am still ill, I breathe artificial oxygen and don't know who to go to for further treatment.
