It was only the second time in my life that I had seen an ENT specialist. Before that, I had been to a different doctor at a different clinic, and after that appointment I came out frightened, in tears and stressed.

Here I came across simply the most ideal doctor. He is kind, gentle, wonderful both as a person and as a doctor. He explained everything to me literally syllable by syllable, very calmly and clearly: what to do, how to do it, what not to do and how to proceed further. This wonderful doctor listened to me very attentively, reassured me when I had fears, joked appropriately and perfectly understood every shade of my complaint.

I came to the ENT specialist, and this was the first specialist who explained to me in detail and at length what the many years of a broken nose and a deviated septum had led to, and most importantly — why septoplasty is needed. A couple of years later I decided on the operation, and the same doctor helped me choose a surgeon. I settled on Buldakov.
