The appointment with this specialist left an extremely difficult impression. The service is terrible, and this person cannot even be called a doctor.
Disliked
First she started the conversation with my appearance, then she began lecturing me and scolding me like a little girl. She gave unnecessary advice about life and how to live, even though I hadn't asked her to. She said almost nothing about the treatment, and her attitude towards me was indifferent.

I did not like the appointment with this doctor — it was superficial. The doctor attributed all my symptoms to psychosomatics. He judges anaemia only by haemoglobin: he did not take into account latent iron deficiency, which is common in women, when haemoglobin is still normal but the body is already suffering. He did not pay much attention to the iron and ferritin levels — since they are below normal, in his opinion, it is nothing serious, the main thing is that haemoglobin is normal. He did not say or do anything specific for me, but simply prescribed a pill.

I did not like the doctor: the appointment was superficial, he considered all the symptoms to be psychosomatic. It turns out that he determines anaemia only by haemoglobin and does not take into account latent iron deficiency, when haemoglobin is still normal but the body is already suffering. He did not particularly focus on the level of iron and ferritin — saying that the fact they are below normal is nothing to worry about, the main thing is that haemoglobin is normal. He did not say or do anything specific, and simply prescribed a tablet. I expected that since he is young, he would be more understanding and attentive. It felt as if I had gone to a local polyclinic rather than to a paid specialist.

We booked an appointment with the doctor for 9 in the morning on Saturday, arrived at 8.50, the clinic called and asked where we were, said the doctor was in a hurry, and we replied that we were already coming in. My mother was with me, and she can't walk, she is in a wheelchair. We entered the clinic exactly on time, but our doctor had already left without waiting for us.
Disliked
The attitude towards patients is disgusting! We weren't late, we arrived on time, and the patient is disabled. The doctor didn't wait for us and left. What kind of attitude towards people is that?! Who do you think you are, a star?! I will write everywhere so that people know what your attitude is like!
