Patient story
Today I had a filling placed on my front tooth at the dental clinic. The appointment took place in a pleasant setting: clean, cosy, bright, the staff were polite, kind and nice. The dentist Gerasimova worked on the tooth: first she numbed it in two stages — first she sprayed, and then gave an injection, because injecting straight into the gum above the front tooth is painful. She filled it in several stages with curing light. The equipment looked expensive and well maintained.
Liked
I liked that the doctor carefully polished the outer surface of the tooth with the filling — it feels just like a natural one to the tongue. She removed the excess material from the cutting edge on the first try, whereas in previous visits doctors could repeat the cycle of "bite down, move it around, does it still feel tight?" 10 times. I also liked that anaesthesia was given in two stages, the equipment is expensive and well-maintained, and the filling was done in several stages with quartz curing — at one really cheap clinic I went to before, there was no quartz curing at all. The price is good and affordable. Apparently, this is partly thanks to the absence of rudimentary nurses who say "pass me this, pass me that, no, not that, that one": the doctor quickly does everything herself. Overall, I recommend it.

I can't really judge the doctor's work — I'm not a specialist. We'll see how long the filling lasts. They guarantee 1 year.
