I have been to this doctor's appointments more than once, and previously everything was fine. This time I tried to book with her again, but she blocked me on the phone, and when I wrote from another number, she simply ignored my request to book an appointment.
Disliked
The doctor turned out to be very arrogant, she chooses her patients herself based on some personal motives, and those she does not like end up blocked on the phone. She blocked me for no reason at all — on my part there was not the slightest cause, no irresponsibility, rudeness or insolence to deserve such treatment. Even though I had already been to her appointments before and more than once. I do not recommend such a doctor and believe that such an attitude is unacceptable for a doctor.

I came for an appointment at the Privat clinic, and they took my money in advance. The doctor suggested I wait, and I waited 40 minutes, but she never came, so I did not wait any longer and left.

The service at the Privat clinic is unacceptable for today's times and given the presence of medical centres. The doctor suggested I wait and she was not there for 40 minutes — this is unprofessionalism. It speaks to the level of a doctor who simply does not care.

I came for an appointment with an inflamed Bartholin's gland cyst, hoping that the doctor knew some new method of treatment.
Disliked
I was left very upset by the appointment. The doctor immediately suggested removal, said there were no other ways, and does not even know who in Almaty uses other methods. She charged 15,000 for the appointment, although there was no proper examination. She also said to come the next day to have the abscess opened, and a simple opening costs 110,000. It is unclear where such sums come from. I did not even ask about the cost of removal.
