I booked an appointment with this doctor. She carried out the first examination normally, but she was uncommunicative and didn't really explain anything to me, she sent me away with the words that everything was fine. She prescribed me Femibion. Later I found a good endocrinologist, and it turned out that I have serious hormonal problems.

The first examination went normally. Perhaps the doctor really is good if surgery is needed, to remove a fibroid or a cyst.
Disliked
As a treating gynaecologist I wouldn't recommend her. She was uncommunicative, didn't really explain anything and simply sent me away with the words that everything was fine. Honestly, I'm disappointed in doctors like this, because people don't come here out of a good life.

I was under the care of Zhanyl Zhurgenbekovna, and throughout the whole management of my pregnancy I have never met such wonderful doctors as her.
Liked
Professionalism, competence and communication with patients — everything is at the highest level. I am even a little sad that our meetings have ended, but now for any gynaecological issue I will go only to her and will definitely recommend her to all my acquaintances. The whole management of my pregnancy was comfortable, and this is definitely a million times better than in a polyclinic — I have something to compare with. Thank you again very much, I am glad that in our city there are such wonderful specialists as Zhanyl Zhurgenbekovna.
Disliked
As for wishes — at the Relife centre itself I would like appointments with such doctors as a physician, endocrinologist, etc. to be more frequent, and ultrasound to be performed not only on Saturdays, because it is hard to find the time when you work.

I came for an appointment, and the first thing they asked me about was insurance. With my very high white blood cell count and other results, they told me everything was perfectly clear. But at the same time the doctor still tried to prescribe treatment and record it as a paid appointment, even though it was a follow-up — supposedly not an insurance case. And she prescribed medications that only she knows where to get.
