I came from another city for an appointment. The doctor was delayed by 20 minutes. A CT scan was done by another specialist so that I wouldn't have to wait, but then he himself said that I still needed to wait until I was given the description and interpretation. My doctor arrived late, saw another patient after me, and I stood and waited. I went down to reception and asked about the description, and I was told that I needed to pay extra because it was my own fault for not choosing the service with a description. Later my doctor came down, when I had already asked reception to help, and said that the description was not mandatory and that my attending physician would interpret everything himself.
Disliked
I didn't like that the doctor was 20 minutes late. It's unclear why the website doesn't state 'with a description' or 'without'. Why should I have to wait, go down and ask? Why don't they tell you about this at reception in advance, they don't even know themselves what is written on their website, and they confidently claim that I chose it without a description myself. This is an irresponsible attitude towards a person's time, unpunctuality, and the administrators don't even know what is stated on their website.
