We didn't get to the doctor's appointment, so this review is not about the doctor himself. My child is 1 year old, and the doctor only sees patients from the age of 6 — we only found this out when we arrived. It seems that neither the portal nor the clinic had heard that a patient's age is indicated in the IIN, and they didn't clarify this when they called to confirm the appointment.

At the reception desk they told me that it wasn't their fault, instead of apologising. I very much regret the time we wasted waiting.
