I had an appointment with the proctologist Gopkalo Eduard Borisovich. The doctor spoke clearly and distinctly, with good diction and clear speech. He suggested that I undergo treatment at their clinic with ointments from Israel for 3 weeks, but stressed that if this did not help, then in a week they would perform laser removal. When I said that I did not have money at the moment, the doctor reacted with disappointment. As I was leaving, I asked him to prescribe treatment for the present moment, and he reluctantly prescribed an ointment for 1500 tenge and Relief suppositories, as well as sitz baths with potassium permanganate and chamomile. This treatment turned out to be very effective: within 3 days I felt better, and after a week everything had cleared up.

The doctor is very dry and not very pleasant. As a specialist, in my opinion, his goal was not to help the patient but to sell the clinic's services. He suggested treatment with ointments from Israel for 3 weeks, and if that didn't help — laser removal a week later. The treatment is not cheap: 150 thousand, then another 80 thousand for laser removal. When I said I had no money, the doctor reacted with disappointment. To my request to prescribe treatment now, he reluctantly wrote out an ointment and suppositories. I advise everyone not to go to this doctor: the doctor's primary task is TO SELL THE CLINIC'S SERVICES, NOT TO TREAT YOU.
