I booked an appointment because I saw many good reviews. But the impression from the visit turned out to be very bad.
Disliked
The doctor did not make me feel at ease at all: he asked tactless questions and spoke about his personal opinion regarding various life situations, it even came to direct words that I myself was to blame for what had happened. What struck me especially was that there was neither empathy nor tact — and for a psychotherapist this is very important. After the appointment there was neither a feeling of support nor a sense that they were really trying to understand me. I do not recommend.

The doctor listened to me attentively, asked questions, and I felt calm and comfortable telling everything as it was. After that she explained her view, my diagnosis and the course of treatment — all in great detail.

I refused to take pills and to be treated, but the doctor convinced me, supported me and explained that the treatment had to be completed and why it was necessary.
