I turned to this psychologist when I was having a very hard time — in the first years after my child was born. Now I continue to go, but only 1–2 times a month, to maintain the result.
Liked
A good psychologist, she helped me get back to a normal emotional and physical level. Another plus is that you can have sessions online, which is more comfortable for me.
