My aunt is a group 2 disabled person. She asked A.F. Khagay to issue duplicates of the paid examinations on which she had spent considerable money. She came at 10 in the morning and waited until 14:30 for Anastasia F. to send the reports from the 3rd floor of cardiology.
Disliked
There was no apology for the wait. The MSaD itself was defective, the contacts kept coming off, and I had to glue it with tape and sticking plaster all night and day. And this is paid. The impression is awful. Zoya Deneuz.
