He probably does have some competence.
Disliked
But he has problems with ethics and respecting boundaries. He speaks unclearly and cannot explain things. His attitude towards the patient is very poor. I do not recommend him.

We came to Konstantin Eduardovich, and I thank God for that. He performed a complex operation on our daughter, which a surgeon at city hospital No. 12 could not carry out — there they only looked inside the child and, without fixing anything, sent us home. We no longer hoped that we would be helped in our city.
