This morning my 1-year-old son fell ill: he had diarrhoea and his temperature would not come down. Through the website I booked an appointment straight away with whoever was available. I went to a doctor said to have 40 years of experience, but he did not examine my child properly. He said the diagnosis was enterovirus, and in the end he called an ambulance saying it was meningitis and sent us off. Later, at the infectious diseases hospital, exactly the same treatment was copied out. Afterwards I got an online consultation from another paediatrician, and a completely different treatment was prescribed. Before this, we had also gone to a paediatrician at this same Via Medical based on a review: at that time he said it was pharyngitis, but later it turned out to be herpetic tonsillitis, the temperature did not come down for 1 week, and the treatment was not right.

I realised that many of the reviews on the site are simply fake. The doctor who supposedly has 40 years of experience didn't examine me properly, spoke through her nose, and I had to repeat my questions. Perhaps I have a problem with my ear after giving birth. It's a pity that a person with so much experience couldn't make an accurate diagnosis. I wasted money on the appointment; I could have called an ambulance myself. I went there trusting the reviews. At the infectious diseases hospital they simply copied the same treatment. Now I have no trust in private clinics. These are very hard times; finding a specialist is good, finding a qualified specialist is very difficult. I won't go to this clinic again.
