I booked an appointment with a urologist for 13:30 on 5 September, I came, and at the reception they told me that the urologist is not working today.
I don't understand who to hold responsible — doc.kz or the clinic itself? Why do I have to argue and waste my nerves? You can barely walk from the pain as it is, and on top of that there's no doctor, and we're spending time and money on this!
