We went with a child under one year old to a surgeon, and after the examination he said that everything was fine. But we were worried about a lump on the spine, so we went to another polyclinic. There another surgeon found the problem by touch, and MRI and CT confirmed the preliminary diagnosis — a congenital anomaly of the spine.
This surgeon turned out to be incompetent: he wrote that the child was healthy, although in fact he has a congenital anomaly of the spine. We believed that everything was fine, and only because of the lump on the spine did we decide to go to another polyclinic. I do not advise this doctor.

I was admitted to City Hospital No. 12 with acute pain, where the head of Surgery Department No. 1 is Kashtayev Rustem Yelmesovich. I was diagnosed with pancreatitis, I fasted for two days, no examinations were carried out, and on admission they did not even properly perform an ultrasound. I stayed in bed for 3 days, and then I heard from this doctor: "she doesn't have pancreatitis, they just wrote it down for no reason." After these words I started to panic. When I came to him, he said that the diagnosis was fine and the bed was free, so I could have a rest. Of course, I was discharged quickly; without a receipt stating that I had no complaints, they would not have discharged me. After that I went to a private hospital, and as a result of the fasting I developed gallstones in my gallbladder, meaning that another week and I would have needed surgery to remove the stones. The treatment and examinations cost a considerable sum, but that is not the main thing. What is frightening is that people are being finished off rather than treated, specifically in this hospital.
I did not like that on admission there were no examinations, they did not even do an ultrasound properly. The doctor said that there was no pancreatitis and they just wrote it down, which caused me to have a panic attack. He treated the situation frivolously and suggested I just rest on a free bed. I was discharged only after I gave a written statement that I had no complaints. Because of the fasting, I developed gallstones in my gallbladder, and another week — I would have needed surgery to remove the stones. The treatment and examinations in the private hospital cost a lot of money. The worst thing is that in this hospital people are finished off, not treated.
