I came for an appointment with the gastroenterologist Khokhulya Elena Vladimirovna. The day before, I called her and asked to book me in for an appointment. She said she sees patients on a first-come, first-served basis.
Disliked
I sat in the queue for 2 hours, and then it turned out that she sees patients by appointment. She asked me to wait some more. So it turns out that during my working hours I have to sit and wait while she sees everyone with an appointment, and only then me. What is the management thinking?! No supervision at all.
