The appointment went as if the doctor was in a hurry and did everything carelessly.
Disliked
She receives patients carelessly, she was in a hurry somewhere. The appointment is not cheap, it costs 10 thousand, and she told me nothing new: she did not measure the head and chest circumference, she did not look at the fontanelle. In general, everything was done carelessly.

I want to thank Guzel Kurbanovna, a neurologist of the highest category, from the bottom of my heart. She is kind, sympathetic, a true professional and a wonderful person, and the way she loves children is something magical. Every day I felt her support. The appointment took place on Zhibek Zholy Street, in the Kvartal business centre, office 507. I paid 7 thousand tenge for the appointment. The next day I wanted to consult with her about my little one.
Disliked
I strongly do not recommend this "neurologist". She received us coldly. When the next day I wanted to consult with her about my little one, she ignored us. Very unpleasant, I will never go to her again. If you are reading this, then you know perfectly well how you ignore patient-clients!!

She always tells everything in detail, she knows how to explain and get her point across — this is very important, and Gyuzel Kurbanovna undoubtedly has it. I only liked Guzel Kurbanovna: she calmed me down, explained everything, showed and told me everything. It was noticeable that she really delved into our situation and wanted to help. Money is a bit tight for us, and I am very grateful to Guzel Kurbanovna for not prescribing unnecessary medications and procedures — only what was to the point and really works.

I had an appointment with this doctor, and the appointment took place in a quarter. I paid the money, but nothing new was said to me; on the contrary, we were ignored, and the doctor herself was in a hurry to go somewhere. When I was dressing my child, she stood and waited for us to leave, then quickly locked the door and left. I didn't manage to ask her everything and wanted to consult her, I called — I was also ignored, and in return they asked us to book an appointment with her again.
