We went to a gastro clinic, had an ultrasound, and the picture was clear — the child has problems with the gallbladder.
Disliked
I did not like the appointment at all. Instead of prescribing treatment straight away, we were given a 40-minute lecture about parasites, and then referred for additional tests costing 100 thousand for all parasites at a specific laboratory with her surname. I could barely sit there with the child, that monotonous speech was impossible to listen to.

For several years now, my family and I have been patients at this clinic.

The renovation in the clinic is not bad, the equipment is good, and I find it convenient that appointments are by booking.
Disliked
There are two downsides. Doctor Khupenia never keeps to the appointment time, because of this I had to argue every time, as a queue formed of people who had booked several hours earlier. And also: as soon as the coordinators and the girls at reception found out the name of my insurance programme, the tone immediately changed — they are not openly rude, but the disdain is noticeable.

A year ago I was treated by Lali Dzhamalovna. I had a severe allergy, and it was unclear what exactly I was allergic to. The allergist diagnosed 'allergy', but Lali Dzhamalovna diagnosed bile stasis and parasites, and I underwent comprehensive treatment.

After the treatment the allergy disappeared. Before that I had suffered from unexplained hives for a whole year. The most important thing is that the treatment for parasites was correct: it is impossible to clear them with one or two medications, a comprehensive approach is needed. Thank you to the doctor!
