We booked through doq.kz and confirmed that we would come. When we arrived, another patient was with her, and she was not even going to look at us. I went up to the reception desk, and the girls there said that usually they don't see patients booked through the programme and they go by the walk-in queue.
Disliked
I don't understand why you are on doq.kz if you don't see patients through it and don't notify that you won't see them. Why book for a specific time then — a big question. Do we have nothing to do, or is time golden only for doctors? And then we have to sit and wait, guessing whether she will see us or not. The service is rubbish. Nowhere else has it happened that a booked patient wasn't seen. Even 1 star is too good for you.
