The appointment went badly: the doctor behaves rudely, like in free polyclinics. When I came in to see her, she was still rummaging in the hundred, was unsure of herself, does not complete the procedures. When I tell her how it should be done, she replies that she knows herself and does not need any advice.

I booked an appointment with the doctor through the Doq.kz website, and I received a message that I was booked for 13:00. When I arrived at the clinic, the reception staff said there was no specific appointment time and I had to wait in the general queue. I had to call the clinic's chief doctor, there was an unpleasant conversation, after which the chief doctor personally arranged with other patients for me to be seen without queuing.

A big minus: the time indicated on the Doq.kz website does not correspond to reality — the clinic follows its own appointment schedule, and the booked time means nothing. Because of this, I had to wait in the general queue and sort things out through the chief doctor.

I received a detailed and clear answer to every question: where something comes from, where the cause needs to be looked for, or whether it is enough simply to monitor it. The doctor gave clear recommendations on which tests to take. If we cannot find an equally caring specialist in our city, we will definitely book an online consultation with her.
