My child was diagnosed with acute nasopharyngitis, useless tests and antiviral medicines worth 10,000 tenge were prescribed, and I paid 5,000 tenge for the appointment — I wasted money and time. The next day we made an appointment with our doctor, and it turned out that we had lacunar tonsillitis.

It is not the first time I have become convinced that this doctor is not worth going to: when you write to her asking for an explanation of what is what, she does not reply. All in all, I did not like the appointment, so I do not recommend her!

We came with the child for an appointment, booked for the earliest morning, so we got in at our time and didn't wait. The doctor examined the child, asked about everything, cleaned the ears, made a diagnosis and prescribed treatment, and also referred us for blood tests. The blood was taken by girls who did a GREAT job: my daughter is 2.8 years old, they didn't torture the little vein in the crook of the elbow, but took it from a vein on the back of the hand, my daughter didn't even make a sound, although I expected "deafness from her ultrasound". The doctor also examined me, made a diagnosis and prescribed treatment. I hope everything goes well and the treatment gives results. After the follow-up appointment we will leave an additional review.
