Patient story
The appointment took place in person, and afterwards I was referred for a biopsy at Syzganov.
Disliked
I was dissatisfied with the appointment and the prescribed treatment. I did not manage to get the treatment prescription straight away, and on top of that I was given the rude advice to see a hepatologist in my own city — if such specialists were available there, no one would travel hundreds of kilometres to this doctor on colleagues' recommendations. Afterwards I went to another hepatologist, and the hormonal medications were cancelled: the decision was justified by the fact that there had been no need to prescribe them.
