I had an appointment with Dr Inkanbekov Maksat Baurzhanovich. Patients were seen on a walk-in basis, and we waited about 10 minutes before the appointment. After the consultation I was referred for wart removal, but there I had to wait another 30 minutes or so until the room became free.

When we came for the appointment, the doctor was not there at all, and we were given a voucher for care with another specialist. The appointment with the other dermatologist did take place, but they did not clarify my illness and prescribed a whole lot of tests.
