I came for an appointment, I wanted to see the exercise therapy instructor, because I already have a neurologist's report. But the administrator said that without a doctor's examination for 7,900 tenge they would not let me see the instructor.
Disliked
The price of 4,000 tenge that is stated does not correspond to reality — the first visit costs 7,900 tenge. The administrator told me in an ultimatum form that without a doctor's examination for 7,900 I would not be able to see the exercise therapy instructor. I am tired of spending money on initial doctor's examinations before getting to the instructors, that is, to those who actually carry out the prescriptions. The administrator's service is disgusting.
